During the Covid Crisis, the numbers of people drinking alcohol to excess has grown. Sadly the numbers of those dying as a result of alcohol misuse has also risen dramatically. In response to this, Share has produced an alcohol information leaflet for distribution locally. Because we are aware that most people buy alcohol at their local supermarket, we asked the Co-operative supermarket to support us by agreeing to put our leaflets into the bags of all their customers in two of their branches. They agreed, and we launched this joint initiative in December 2020.
